WHAT’S IN THE BOX

Intermediate Pipe
Made from 409 Grade Stainless Steel which is designed to dissipate the heat faster than higher grades of stainless. We use a pressed 2mm thick plate flange which bolts directly to the OE DPF flange position and retains the original donut gasket. Our system has been designed with maximum flow in mind. The 3”mandrel bent tubing splits into twin 3” outlets with solid 10mm thick 4 bolt flanges.

Driver Passenger Side Twin Tailpipes
Over chassis 3” tailpipes manufactured from the same high heat dissipating Stainless Steel that exits both sides in front of the rear wheels. The exposed section of tailpipe has been coated in an extremely durable high heat resistant satin black powder coat commonly used on systems we manufacture for the OE sector. The outlets have been positioned to maximise visual impact while still providing ample clearance for 4x4 enthusiasts when off-roading.

Full Fitting Kit
We use heavy duty 5mm thick CNC folded brackets with an automotive grade E-Coat used by all major car manufacturers. These simply mount to existing points on the chassis rail* using the supplied corrosion and vibration resistant bolts. A special spacer kit has also been supplied to allow compatibility when some aftermarket side steps** have been used.

OPTIONAL MUFFLER PIPE

An intermediate muffler pipe containing a high flow sports muffler is available as an optional extra. For use on vehicles where the standard system is too loud or for when a DPF delete pipe has been fitted to the vehicle when off-roading.
