VARIETAL OMNI BLUE - SWEET SPARKLING
WINEMAKERS NOTES A sweeter sparkling style made from
premium aromatic grapes. Omni Blue is fresh and lively and
the aromatic characters are maximised in the fermentation
process by select yeast processes, a cool fermentation and
arresting the ferment early to give the wine a natural sugar
sweetness.
COLOUR Pale straw with green hues.
NOSE Fruity and fresh aromas on the nose with a distinctive
lemon sherbet character.
PALATE A traditional sparkling style, that is fresh and lively
with delicious characters of lemon sherbet and tropical fruits on
the palate. A natural sweetness is retained throughout the
winemaking process. Serve chilled.
FOOD Enjoy served with fruits and cheese.
