Description
Colour: Attractive brick red with a garnet hue.
Aromas: Fresh Cabernet aromas abound of cinnamon, spice, mint and ripe berry fruit. Tobacco nuances, a hint of chocolate and cedar complex the bouquet.
Palate: Varietal flavours of licorice, menthol, peppermint and cassis. The wine has good balance of flavour on the palate with generous mid palate and quite sweet fruit. The finish has fine grained, persistent, lingering tannin from maturation in good French Oak.
