Here’ s a hip hybrid from Taylors who have seen the potential in more than just their native Clare Valley. The Jaraman range is about creating single varietal wines by fusing the fruit of two regions. Here is a classic example, Margaret River and Adelaide Hills are famed for their premium Sauvignon Blanc fruit but when blended together they become sav-tacular! This exudes an intensity of gooseberry and grass as well as vital tropical notes. The palate conveys the nose with lifted flavours of gooseberry, apple, melon and guava, it’s nicely balanced and ends with crunchy, zesty acids.
