Aromas: Bouquet of plum, nutmeg, coffee and dark chocolate all combine to form an exciting varietal bouquet. Oak derived nuances of toasted nuts, liquorice and cedar linger.
Palate: Fruit flavours of ripe berries, cinnamon and blackcurrant intermingle with oak characters of coffee, mocha and creamy vanillin to give a full, rich and ripe palate. The tannins are fine and lingering, offering extreme length and flavour persistence.
