Bead Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir

The base wine put on triage in a stainless steel vessel for freshness and once the second fermentation is complete, filtered and bottled immediately to retain its intense fruitiness and brightness. This traditional process has resulted in a delicious sparkling wine.

Tasting Notes - A creamy and soft front palate, which continues to a lingering Brut (dry) finish. Flavours of white peach, honey, brioche and roasted nuts blend harmoniously to create a complex wine with a fine bead, a persistent mousse and a refreshing finish.
